We are proud to interview amazing people making a difference in tech.  This podcast series is our outreach project addressing both the critical talent shortage in data centers and tech as well as the need to address diversity and inclusion, STEM and the opportunities for women, trades and veterans in this industry.  One thing is certain, it takes all kinds to make tech work.  Skills are valued as are degrees.  We know that exposure to the various jobs in data centers and tech is lacking.  Children are likely to formulate their career decisions by the age of 7.  Career paths are not always visible to those in areas without curriculum for data centers/tech in their market.  Distance learning is always an option.  We really are working to reach every occupation from construction to operations and all in between.  If you, or someone you know, would be a great candidate, please contact us!
